My name is Nina Adams, I'm a Yoga Teacher from the world but based in Barcelona since 2007.I got in contact with Yoga in Thailand when I bought my first Yoga book "Light on Yoga" by B.K.S Iyengar and started practicing on my own for a little while then I got into Vipassana Meditation for a long while until I moved to Puerto Rico where my Yoga affair began. My first teachers were  David Kyle and Elizabeth Sallaberry from  "Ashtanga Yoga PR"  in San Juan. They learned Yoga from Larry Schultz,  a great free spirit from San Francisco at his "It's Yoga School".  Larry developed the Rocket Sequence mixing up different sequences of the Ashtanga Yoga method that he learned from his teacher Shri K. Pattabhi Jois back in the 70's when he was his pupil.Traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is my based practice but I love the Rocket Sequence cause give me a creative space to play and explore with myself. Nowadays I Teach in Barcelona where I have my own studio and I also own a Yoga Bag Company named "Nina Yoga Bags". I study Astrology in my free time.
